Purolator has three primary means of receiving orders from our customers.
The first is through My Fax (see below). The second method is through EDI
or Web Based Order Entry. The third method is through the General fax line by dialing 1-800-784-3458. If you use this method to place orders, you may have received an error message while we were without power. If you received an error message when placing an order, please resend the order
so that we can make sure it is entered for production.
My Fax method is the best way to transmit orders.
